We understand how you feel.
Business owners and leaders are looking to you, the Agile Coach to have all the answers to their product problems and challenges.
They believe or have read that Agile is the silver bullet to producing products faster, being more innovative, and magically get them out of their current jam.
The expectations are high, and you are feeling pressure to be that person, but the reality is that you know no one coach has all the answers.
So where do you go for coaching and answers?
You could suffer alone, like we did learning through trial and error, and some epic failures along the way, but that is the long and hard way.
You could ask those in your business for help, but that feels risky because then they might start to doubt your ability. You may already be feeling imposter syndrome.
You could seek out more certifications and methodology training. But just having your Agile certification is not enough anymore, and these programs are promoting their point of view so they are not likely to share other competing approaches.
It is hard to always know what to do next.
What we have learned is it is very hard to do it all on your own. For the last several years we have been working with individual agile coaches and practitioners to increase their effectiveness in agile, business and facilitation skills.
It's that experience and expertise we would like to share with you whether that is teaching, coaching, sharing "good enough" practices, or providing a safe place for you to seek out answers or bounce ideas off in a community of like-minded peers.
